Here's a couple of things you may want to do. If you click on "events" on this site you can enter the details of when and where the AA meetings takes place. I just made this site public today so some folks may find it that would be interested to know there is an AA chapter in Poinciana.
Also, if you click on "groups" you could actually set up an AA group and invite the members of AA to join this site and that group. If you set the group to "private" only the members of the group approved or invited by you can join and see the contents. It may be helpful tool for your group to be able to communicate privately amongst themselves.
If you want to do this and need help setting it up just let me know. It should be pretty easy to do.
